These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

Certain reservations, special dinners, events, or dining experiences may require:

Reservation availability shown online is not guaranteed until the reservation has been successfully confirmed.

4. Online Ordering

Guests selecting online ordering options from the Website may be directed to the Toast ordering platform, where orders and related payments are processed.

Shimogamo does not process online ordering payments directly through the Website.

When you place an online order through Toast or another applicable third-party ordering service, the transaction may be subject to the provider’s own:

  • Terms and conditions;
  • Privacy policy;
  • Payment requirements;
  • Cancellation policies;
  • Refund policies; and
  • Other applicable conditions.

Prices, menu availability, taxes, service charges, delivery fees, and other order-related information displayed through third-party ordering platforms may differ from information displayed on the Shimogamo Website.

Questions concerning a specific order should be directed to the applicable Shimogamo restaurant or the relevant third-party ordering provider, as appropriate.

5. Gift Cards

Guests selecting gift card options from the Website are directed to the Toast gift card purchasing platform, where the gift card purchase and payment are processed.

Gift card transactions are not processed directly through the Shimogamo Website.

Gift card purchases may be subject to terms established by Toast and/or Shimogamo, including terms related to:

  • Purchase;
  • Payment;
  • Delivery;
  • Redemption;
  • Replacement;
  • Expiration, where applicable;
  • Refunds; and
  • Other gift card conditions.

Guests should review the applicable terms presented during the gift card purchase process before completing a transaction.

6. Payments Through Third-Party Platforms

Shimogamo does not process payments within the Website itself.

Payments related to services accessed through or linked from the Website may instead be processed through applicable third-party platforms. This may include payments associated with:

Our restaurant menus may display alcoholic beverages.

Displaying alcoholic beverages on the Website does not mean that alcoholic beverages can be purchased directly through the Website.

Where alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, service, pickup, or delivery through a Shimogamo restaurant or an authorized third-party provider, all purchases and service are subject to applicable laws, age-verification requirements, restaurant policies, and third-party provider requirements.

Shimogamo reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcoholic beverages where required or permitted by law.
